In this divine of Navaratri, lets concentrate of Swami Vishwananda saying:"The divine Mother doesn’t expect anything. She’s not like a normal mother, you know, who takes. Mother Earth gives. She gives, gives, gives, not even expecting anything, nor taking.

One thing that makes Her sad though, is how Her children behave.

You, mothers, you know, you will understand it better. When you see your child is suffering, you also suffer. So, of course, She suffers. That´s why, you see, the world is changing. It´s not dramatic, because whatever She does, whatever God does is for the benefit of mankind."

because the Deity is not limited to the

mind of man. The Deities are  vibrations.

The moment you invoke them, call for

them, they take their place and are present here with us."

Wisdom of Swami Vishwananda: Learning to listen to one´s intuition is very important....

"Learning to listen to one´s intuition is very important. It´s very easy too, because whenever you hear your intuition, there is no doubt in it. And the voice of intuition is strong and direct. Very often the mind will rebel against it, but if you take the decision and listen to this intuitive voice inside of you, you will be away from the mind and the mind will surrender itself. Because, the more you listen to the mind, the more your mind will drag you! But the less you listen to your mind, the further you will be away from it! And the easier it will be to realise your Self."

"We like to understand things with our mind, but our mind has a limit. Does the mind understand the heart? It will never understand it. The mind will understand things only when there is a limit to them. If there is a wall where you can bang yourself against, the mind will understand. And then, of course, you will complain about it, because it hurts. Whereas, when you centre yourself in your heart and awaken this Divine Consciousness, Higher Consciousness inside, you will always flow."

"When there are always the Divine names on your lips, there will be no time for you to think of negative things. Unless you like to think of negative things, because you see, the more you think of negative things, what happens? The more you become negative, the more you become depressed, the more you become aggressive and all this makes you, makes the world itself, not good. So, spiritual people are here to change the world, no? So, change yourself first, so that the world can change."

"When we let go of things, we will feel free of them, free of everything. One has to do one´s duty, but yet, don’t expect great things: expect only Him. The only real expectation that one has to have is the Love of God.

"How lucky it is that God chose you to be on a spiritual path. But it doesn’t end only here, because when you are on the spiritual path, very often I’ve seen people very shy, very shy to say that they are on this path. They are shy to say that they love God. Well, if you are shy to say that you are on a spiritual path and you love God, where is the self-confidence in it? Where is the faith in it? Where is the faith in yourself? You should never be afraid of saying that you love God, because this is the only thing; He is the only One that you can love, really."

"The power of Love is the only thing that conquers everything. If you want to conquer God, conquer Him with Love. If you want to achieve Him, you will achieve Him only with Love. But the Love has to be pure and pure."

"By feeding our mind, we always stay in the mind consciousness, in the mind level. And don’t think that you will ever be able to understand and Realise your True Self with your mind. It is only when you surrender your mind to the Lotus Feet of God that you will really release yourself from this bondage, from all this suffering. Then you can say “God, here I am. I surrender to You without anything. Help me; pull me out of this illusion.”

"Your mind has to be always busy with the Lord, you know, with God. This is how you will find peace. In this world, nowadays, you see that not many people have this peace, because their mind is not on the right way. People may have everything in this world, but yet if they don’t find peace, if they don’t find happiness inside of them, nothing else on the outside can make you really happy, because whatever happiness brings, whatever is on the outside, and the happiness which comes from the outside lasts only for a short time. After that, again the same drama. So try to find this inner happiness, this inner freedom. And it’s not far away, you know, it's here inside of you."

Wisdom of Swami Vishwananda:Give the mind Divine Names...

"Give the mind Divine Names. The more you chant the Divine Names, the more you become the Divine Names and the more the mind ceases to trouble you. Once the mind ceases to trouble you, it will be much easier in your meditation. So, when you help others, you see this happiness, you feel this happiness and with the Divine Names you will realise that you are serving the Divine. This helps you on your spiritual path."

Wisdom of Swami Vishwananda: A Satguru knows everything...

"A Satguru or Paramguru has this omnipresent quality inside, whatever the disciple is thinking, the Guru is connected to. When one surrenders sincerely to the master, it is like one is grafted to the master. It’s like with a rose bush: whenever the bush receives the grace, receives the water, of course, the grafted part also gets the water. The same thing is when one is surrendered to the Guru: whatever flows through the Guru, whatever energy, whatever Shakti is flowing through the Guru, the disciple, wherever he will be, will receive the same Grace, also."

Wisdom of Swami Vishwananda: Just chant one name...

"Hold tight to the Divine names, any Divine name that you feel close to – you don’t need to have ten Divine names, you just need one Divine name. If you have a guru mantra, just chant your guru mantra; if you have one Divine name, one form of the Divine that you feel close with, just concentrate on one. It will be more intensified than concentrating on ten Divine names. In the mind of man, they think that when they have ten, they will advance faster. They will not advance faster. Actually they will advance less fast, because one Divine name is like digging one hole and getting the water; ten Divine names is like digging ten holes to try to get water. You will not get it. So, if you want, just chant one name."
