"Learning to listen to one´s intuition is very important. It´s very easy too, because whenever you hear your intuition, there is no doubt in it. And the voice of intuition is strong and direct. Very often the mind will rebel against it, but if you take the decision and listen to this intuitive voice inside of you, you will be away from the mind and the mind will surrender itself. Because, the more you listen to the mind, the more your mind will drag you! But the less you listen to your mind, the further you will be away from it! And the easier it will be to realise your Self."

"We like to understand things with our mind, but our mind has a limit. Does the mind understand the heart? It will never understand it. The mind will understand things only when there is a limit to them. If there is a wall where you can bang yourself against, the mind will understand. "Your mind has to be always busy with the Lord, you know, with God. This is how you will find peace. In this world, nowadays, you see that not many people have this peace, because their mind is not on the right way. People may have everything in this world, but yet if they don’t find peace, if they don’t find happiness inside of them, nothing else on the outside can make you really happy, because whatever happiness brings, whatever is on the outside, and the happiness which comes from the outside lasts only for a short time. After that, again the same drama. So try to find this inner happiness, this inner freedom. And it’s not far away, you know, it's here inside of you."

"Give the mind Divine Names. The more you chant the Divine Names, the more you become the Divine Names and the more the mind ceases to trouble you. Once the mind ceases to trouble you, it will be much easier in your meditation. "A Satguru or Paramguru has this omnipresent quality inside, whatever the disciple is thinking, the Guru is connected to. When one surrenders sincerely to the master, it is like one is grafted to the master. It’s like with a rose bush: whenever the bush receives the grace, receives the water, of course, the grafted part also gets the water. The same thing is when one is surrendered to the Guru: whatever flows through the Guru, whatever energy, whatever Shakti is flowing through the Guru, the disciple, wherever he will be, will receive the same Grace, also."

"Hold tight to the Divine names, any Divine name that you feel close to – you don’t need to have ten Divine names, you just need one Divine name. If you have a guru mantra, just chant your guru mantra; if you have one Divine name, one form of the Divine that you feel close with, just concentrate on one. It will be more intensified than concentrating on ten Divine names. In the mind of man, they think that when they have ten, they will advance faster. They will not advance faster. Actually they will advance less fast, because one Divine name is like digging one hole and getting the water; ten Divine names is like digging ten holes to try to get water. You will not get it. So, if you want, just chant one name."

"When you love somebody, you are not scared of anything. In the same way, when you love God, you should not be scared of anything. When you love somebody, you will do anything to please that person. In the same way, when you love God, try your best always to please Him. When He sees that you are trying your best to please Him, He will run to you and He will give you liberation, He will give you Self-Realisation. Work always towards Self-Realisation, towards God-Realisation, and make this the aim of your life. He will provide you with everything. Whatever you need, He will give you."

"The only way you can really un-trap yourself is to surrender to the feet of God, you know, and really say “Lord, take me.” Know that God is compassionate. He will hold you and He will carry you and He will always send help for you. That’s how His Love is. So, concentrate not on the negative, but on the Divine, and call Him within you. Don’t be shy to chant the name of God. And, also, don’t be shy, because it is not about the others, it is about you and God."

"You see, in this world, people like to hang onto their problems and onto their worries. You see, whenever a problem arises, the solution is also there, but mankind is so easily focusing on the problem rather than on the solution. Do you like problems? No. So then, why do you let yourself be drawn towards your worry? Because it doesn’t give you peace, eh? So, the more you hang ontothe problems, the more problems you will have; the more you hang onto the worry, the more you will not see the solution. But if you take a little bit of time, sit in your prayer room, and sincerely surrender to the Divine, the problem will get solved."

"When you realise that the only path is to love and to be in love continuously, you realise how much God loves His creation. The same way that God loves, the same way you can also love. All other kinds of love are secondary, because mankind is here to become Love. "If you truly love, you will sacrifice everything. Until you have come to the point of really feeling this kind of Love inside of you – and you have to be ready – all the other kinds of love will have expectations. Very often what we call Love, it is just passion or desire. Today we love that person, tomorrow we love another person, but in one year you don’t even remember who these people were. Real Love is to be found deep inside of you, personally. It’s not in someone else, it’s inside of you. It’s your true nature. This is who you are in Reality. The Divine is not far away. He is inside of you. You just need to calm your mind and introvert yourself. So see how much you are truthful towards yourself and how much you really, sincerely want the Divine. True love is everlasting giving, not expectation."

"The mind can be overcome by chanting any Divine name. You see, if you practice it regularly, it will be more simple for you to focus the mind. When you are singing bhajans, your mind is not troubling you because when you chant, your mind is busy and it becomes hard for the negativity to take over. So wherever you are, whatever you are doing, keep your mind fixed on God and chant the Divine names. This will help you to open up your heart. Chanting the Divine name is the most efficient way of controlling the mind."

"The soul inside of us is jumping and telling us, “Hey, mind, surrender yourself!” but the mind says, “No! I am better off with my own worries, because that is how I can drag you down completely.” The soul says, “But this is just an illusion”, because - deep inside - you know that the Reality is only realised when you surrender to the Divine Feet; when you realise the mystery of your incarnation, when you realise your Dharma, your duty here, and achieve that."

"To achieve this Divine state you have to really love God. You have to start, firstly, to love yourself. You love everybody. Every day you say to somebody “I love you,” but how many times do you say to yourself “I love you?” It’s easy to love others, but some say that it is difficult to love one’s self. But I will say, “No, it’s not difficult.” See, when you love others, you see the goodness in others, but when the point comes to love yourself, you see all your negativity. Stop looking at the negative. It’s only through being positive that it can stop. It’s only when you start looking at this positivity and start thinking about yourself positively that you will dive deep inside this ocean. Then your heart will open up."

"Chant the Divine Names! The thousands of names of the Lord all have equal power to release you from this karmic bond that you have created through many lives. And it´s only through His grace that today you have been given a human body, so that you can achieve Him. This is the Dharma of life. The Dharma of your soul is to attain who you really are! Until you have reached that point of drinking the Cup of Love, don´t renounce. No matter how beautiful and how tempting the outside could be, drink the Cup of Love!"

"When you have certain knowledge one day you will have to let go even of it, because you don’t Realise God either with ignorance or with knowledge. "Be sincere towards yourself and do your sadhana. We can talk about sincerity. "Your life’s purpose is only to attain His Love and the moment you get Him, you get everything. Your prayers and mediation and all your sadhana are to attain this Love, to Realise it or to awaken it.
