If we want to be depressed there is a recipe for it - just thinking on money, sensual pleasures, and power!!! But if we are intelligent enough to admit we are useing only 5% of our mind and are deeply restless - then humbling oneself and takeing complete guidance form Prema Avatar Vishavananda is an act of true wisdom! We are full of negativity because such is the nature of the mind and only He can take us out of it! Guru OM!
